Dislikes:
-Dogs, they scare him
-bitter foods or fruits, they upset his stomach
-making people upset, displeasing them (his biggest dislike)
-Most meat except for fish, there are some beef dishes he will eat, but refuses to eat anything made of bird

Personality:
Artemis is a people pleaser to the extreme. He greatly dislikes failing someone or feeling as if he failed when asked for a favor and will try his very hardest to do the job right. He likes to make even strangers happy and dislikes when people get upset with him. Hes very timid and quiet, keeps to himself a lot unless his help or services are needed. He cant say no to people at all, it was ground into his skull ever since he was little that 'no' was a word that should not be in his vocabulary...what his parents forgot to say was that it should only apply to them. No matter what the favor is, he will never say no. Though he does often tend to act a certain way around people to please them, he does show his true nature around a few people. Hes actually very shy and quiet.

History:
Ever since Artemis was young, his parents raised him to be obedient. He was never to say no to them, or he would be punished. The very last time he said no to his father was the time when his wings had been broken as punishment. They healed fine, but because of the multiple breaking's in each one, their growth was stunted and they remained the same size well into his teenage years. Because he was raised in a household where things like love and affection were privileges to be earned and not things that were given unconditionally, he has never experienced either, seeing as how he could never do anything good enough for his parents to receive either.
He had been confined to his home because of this, not really knowing much about the outside world, and always working as hard as he could to live up to his parents impossible expectations and standards. He never succeeded, as a result of this he was sent to live with his aunt, a cold and bitter old woman who had never married or had children of her own. She took advantage of his nature and inability to say no and has pretty much made him her servant. He still works as a servant for hire, but any money he earns goes to her. But thing is is that he is perfectly content with this life because its all he's ever known, hes not happy, but hes not sad either. Content with this lifestyle of his he just keeps on trying to please everyone and make them happy, his greatest pleasure in life is making people happy.
